Low FODMAP Nut Butter Bites

Alright y'all, bear with me. I've officially started the FODMAP elimination diet with my dietitian and it's requiring A LOT of changes in my diet (including meal prep). So why not start a FODMAP friendly series for all the recipes I'm making up along the way? Enjoy!

Cook Time: 10 mins

Total Time: 20 mins

Makes: 24


What You Need:

1 1/4 cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats

1 cup Peanut Butter

1/2 cup Pure Maple Syrup

2 scoops Egg White Protein Powder

3 tbsp DF Semi-Sweet Choco Chips


What You Do:

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Form into 24 equal balls.

  3. Store in the refrigerator.

  4. Enjoy!
